Dypool Miami Reef - a young sports pony stallion to watch for the future!
An exceptional example of a Welsh Section B, ‘Raf’ is licensed with WPCS and graded with SPSS. He stands at 133cm with masses of bone and substance, and the strength and movement to do any job. His willing and happy temperament is second to none and he is extremely easy to train. He truly is a pony you can take anywhere and do anything with, he never says no and has the laid back, happy go lucky attitude that every child's pony needs.
He has qualified for the BD Young Dressage Pony 4,5 and 6yo championships and is the only pure bred native to have done this.
He has been to the BD Regional Championships at Elementary and will be aimed at Medium and Advanced Medium in 2023 with the ultimate goal being Grand Prix.

has sired award winning youngstock in the UK, Netherlands and Australia.
His son, Dypool Miami Reef, has inherited his exceptional temperament,
flowing movement and eye catching colour.
Dam: Haverdale Coral Reef Although her
own career was cut short by illness Haverdale Coral Reef went on to
excel as a broodmare, producing the filly Haygate Twilite and a full
sibling in the colt Dypool Beau Maris who were both multi award winning
foals and fantastic children’s ponies, once again proving the fantastic
nature of this line.
Damsire: Ernford Bellboy This champion stallion needs no introduction! The original Welsh Sports pony that sired champions in every sphere that are good natured, tough and trainable. His legacy lives on through his grandchildren and their many successes.
He has sired many outstanding ponies both In Hand and under saddle including 3 Royal Welsh In Hand winners, a HOYS winner, a Reserve Champion at Olympia and in 2012 the Champion SHP at HOYS and many, many more. He himself was three times Best of Breed at Olympia in 1994, 1996 and 1999. |

Raf passed his SPSS grading as a 3 year old in 2018 with the judges commenting that he was "A pleasing young colt with potential to produce sports ponies".
In his 2019 debut season under saddle he won his first 4yo Young Dressage Pony qualifier with a score of 7.7 at Keysoe Premier League, and at the finals placed fourth with a score of 7.16.
Raf began 2020 in style winning a British Dressage Novice on 76.95% just a few days into the year. He continued to compete at dressage in 2020 including qualifying for the BD Young Dressage Pony Finals again.

Raf will produce ponies to do any job. He will suit a variety of mares whether you are wishing to breed sports ponies or a child's best friend. 2020 was his first season at stud and although he only has a few foals on the ground to date, their quality is shown by his 2022 colt foal, TDR Mystical Love (out of a Hanoverian by Wild CHild) gaining a Gold Premium with both the Futurity and SPSS.
