Rexter DOr has excellent confirmation with 3 super paces. He is easy to handle and does not act like a stallion at all. He has a super easy temperament which comes from the Connemara. Then the blood of the Selle Francais (his dam line) gives him the extra edge in the ring.

Neige DOr is a Selle Francais mare and is full sister to the licensed stallion Jeff d'Or (born 1997) and the maternal half sister to  Isiris d'Or (by Damoiseau d'Or & born 1996) who is the dam of the successful 1.45m international showjumper Umour Buxeen (born 2008, SF, bay, gelding by Bonhomme II). 2014 Pony European Championships (Millstreet) - Team Gold ridden by Victoria Tachet (France)

2015 Pony Euros (Malm) - Team Bronze ridden by Victoria Tachet (FRA)

2016 Pony Euros (Aarhus, Vilhelmsborg) - member of French Team ridden by Nina Mallevaey

2017 Pony Euros (Kaposvr) - Team Gold ridden by Ciaran Nallon (IRL)

2019 Pony Euros (Strzegom) - Team & Individual Silver ridden by Holly Truelove (GB)

As a young pony, Rexter reached the French 5 Year Old Young Jumping Pony Final (Finale jeunes chevaux poney obstacle).  Aged 7 he was bought by the Tachet family where he was initially ridden by Louise Tachet who rode him in his first international compeitions, winning the 1.25m class at the 2013 Barbizon CDIP and including being part of he French team that won the Nations Cup at the 2013 Wierden CSIOP.

Then towards the end of 2013, Victoria Tachet took  over the ride and, having won and been placed in 1.25m and 1.30m classes at CSIPs and been key members of the winning team at the 2014 Hagen CSIOP, they were selected as members of the French team for the 2014 Pony Euros, winning Team Gold and finishing 14th in the Individual competition. Their success continued in 2015, as they were again selected for the French Team at the Pony Euros, where they brought home Tem Bronze and they also won Bronze at the 2015 French Championships.

In 2016, Rexter was ridden by the established French team rider, Nina Mallevaey, and they too represented France at the Pony Euros.  Sold after the 2016 Euros, Rexter returned to international tracks in 2017 with his new Irish rider, Ciaran Nallon. Good results secured them a place in the Irish team for the 2017 Pony Euros where they won another Team Gold.

In late 2017, Rexter moved to the UK to be ridden by Holly Truelove and they were quickly out competing internationally.  Good results in 2018 at various internationsals included placing 1st, 2nd and 4th at the Moorsele CSIP, 2nd at Lier CSIP and 2nd again at Valkenswaard.

Then in 2019, good results in the Nations Cups at Opglabbeek and Wierden resulted in their selection for the Pony Euros where he and Holly he  produced the best performance for the GB team across the initial three legs when they delivered three perfect clear rounds. Then in the first round of the Individual Final they had an unfortunate foot in the water but went on to deliver a foot perfect clear in the second round.  As they had been one of only 4 combinations taking a zero score into the Final, just adding these 4 penalties meant that they were assured of either a Silver or Bronze medal, and they achieved a superb clear in just 34.46 seconds putting the pressure onto the other rider who went on to have two fences down.  Hence, Rexter & Holly achieved his best individual result to date of the Individual Silver medal.

Rexter has now moved to Italy to be ridden by Audrey Venturi and they have already represented Italy at international level.

Offspring/Breeding Advice

Rexter stood in France from 2009 to 2013 and, although he has no progeny of competing age yet in the UK, his French born progeny are proving to be successful jumping ponies.

Rexters excellent temperament and his always wanting to please attitude makes his rideability perfect for young jockeys.  Rexter has excellent conformation and rides with charisma and quality every time, he is a show stopper!  With his own proven ability along with his strong performance pedigree, Rexter is an excellent choice for breeding jumping and eventing ponies or just wonderful all rounders.
