Creme has an excellent temperament and kind nature; he is a true gentleman for both ridden aspects and from the ground. He enjoys and thrives in his training, and is showing a real talent in training for his changes and piaffe steps; and already excels in his medium and extended trot. Standing at 14.2hh he is perfect for breeding both fantastic ponies and the smaller sports horses, depending on the size of the mare. His first foal, at Fourseasons Stud; a rising 5years old, now stands at 16.1hh

Sire: Crabbiesden Platinum is also the sire of Cynheidrefawr Cadwaladr Ceredig who competed at British Eventing BE90 level in 2014 gaining Foundation Points for double clears. Platinum's sire, Janton Dictator competed in single and team driving (including representing GB abroad), showing (including winning a WPCS Performance Medal) and later in his life at dressage. Both Platinum's sire and dam have ancestors from the famous Llanarth Stud in their pedigrees. The Llanarth Stud was founded in the 1930s and specialise in performance ponies, paying particular attention to conformation, type and temperament. Llanarth Meredith ap Braint in particular qualified for HOYS many times. Pentre Eiddwen Comet also appears further back in Platinum's pedigree as it does in double Pony Euros Jumping Champion, Macho Carwyn's.
Dam: Jesters Patricia was a buckskin Welsh Section D and through her dam, Jesters Poppy, traces her ancestry back to the famous Nebo Black Magic and other notable cobs.
Damsire: Leafycroft Maverick, a Welsh Section C, has the illustrious names Coed Coch Madog (a Section A who was a prolific winner and rated sire), Synod William (sire of Synod Magnus the 2007 British Breeding Top British-bred Dressage Pony) and Cippyn Red Flyer (whose descendants can be found across Europe and beyond) in his pedigree. |

Creme finished 7th in the Medium Gold at the NAF Five Star Winter championships; and won the Medium BD Native Pony Championships in its first year of running.
Despite limited competition opportunities throughout 2020; Creme qualified for the Winter Advanced Medium Gold Freestyle in his first two freestyle tests for the year.

Offspring/Breeding Advice | |
Creme passes on his laid back, intelligent nature to all of his offspring. For breeders wanting to add a splash of unusual colour to their young stock; Creme carries the dilute gene, and passes this on to all of his offspring. He always produces strong and confident foals with an excellent nature, making them easy to handle from birth; a true testament to himself.
Creme's 2019 purebred filly foal ‘Ultimate Finale’ gained a Gold Premium at the Elite foal grading.
As a 2 & 3 year old, Creme was used for two seasons by his breeder and three of his 2012 foals are now competing successfully in France
Creme's first crop of foals for Fourseasons Stud were born in 2016 and have now been backed and ridden away successfully.

Since being backed, Fourseasons First Edition (born 2016) has proven his kind and willing temperament, working well on the flat, schooling over 1.05m show jumps and is bold Cross-Country Schooling over ditches, banks and water.
Fourseasons Mr Whippy (born 2016), a pure-bred Section D; rising 5-year-old has proven a willing partner, who tries his heart out at everything; taking everything in his stride. His owner boasts of his beautiful temperament; along with his calm and sensible attitude. She does not think twice about taking him out on adventures. In her words; “he has been a dream ever since she bought him at 14months old.”
Creme also boasts an excellent fertility rate; his semen still has a 75% mobility rate, 48 hours after collection, making him a perfect candidate for those trickier mares. |
